HOUSE RULES OF SOFI RESIDENCE JAKARTA (SR)

Guests are welcome to Check-in after 14.00am and Check-out until 12.00pm.
Working time of reception : 07.30am – 21.00pm.
Breakfast time : 07.30am - 09.30am.
Nightly Peace : 22.00pm – 07.00am.
All Guests who stay at SR must present their identity card/passport and will be copied by reception.
Foreigner guests who stay one month or more, must pay registration fee of Rp.200,000 once per staying for the purpose of the police registration process.
While you are absent please leave the room key at the reception desk.
When you leave your room, Air Conditioning must be turned off.
Lobby,Terraces and Cafe are available for receiving visitors. Guests may not receive visitors in his/her room.
It is forbidden to let rooms to other persons than the original booked
It is not allowed for a guest to check out of SR and move into a fellow guest’s room.
Guest are not allowed to accomodate overnight visitors that are not registered as paying guest of SR.
The rooms can not be used by more persons than the original booked
Unmarried guests of the opposite gender are strictly prohibited to stay in the same room.
Gambling, prostitution, usage of drugs/narcotics and other activities that are in violation of Law and Regulations are strictly prohibited.
Drunken guests, rude aggressive attitude or threatening behavior towards any other Guests/SR management and staff will not be tolerated and his/her tenancy will be terminated immediately without any refund.
Any kind of weapon, explosive, inflammable or Hazardous materials are strictly prohibited in SR area.
Smoking is allowed in the outside part of SR such as terraces and cafe.
House pet is not allowed.
Please honor other people in SR as you would want them to honor you.
Please do not damage or remove any property of SR and do not change any room setting-up. In case of intentionally damage or removal you will be subject to charged accordingly.
For safety reasons, the use of heaters and cooking appliances in rooms are prohibited.
SR is not liable for any loss or damage of valuables or other belonging of the guests.
Ignoring the above mentioned issues may result the SR management’s decision that the guest must leave the property without any refund.
