Welcome to Shraya residence. We are boutique guest house in Jakarta. Operates in 2 areas, one is in the South of Jakarta, Pancoran (Pengadegan) area, and the other is in the Central of Jakarta, Menteng area. Both of our places are near to business district, supermarket, and restaurants that can accommodate your day-to-day needs.
We rent our rooms not only monthly basis, but also daily and weekly. We are excited to meet new people but also more delighted whenever our former guest popping up, giving a nice surprise to stay in Shraya again, it was like meeting an old friend.
Shraya Residence (in Menteng area, central of Jakarta) is a bed & breakfast / Guest house. We are located exactly opposite the antique market in Jalan Surabaya.

Kedua tempat kami berada pada lingkungan perkantoran, supermarket, dan rumah makan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan keseharian anda.
Kami tidak hanya menyewakan kamar untuk bulanan, tetapi juga harian dan mingguan. Kami senang bertemu kenalan baru tetapi lebih bersemangat bila tamu lama kami bertandang, memberikan kejutan yang menyenangkan untuk menginap bersama kami lagi, seperti bertemu kawan lama.

Boutique guest house Shraya residence are designed to provide homey ambiance living space. The guest houses were built in the middle of our lovely city Jakarta. Knowing that it is a busy metropolitan, our guest houses are meant to filtrate the noise of the bustling city, create a peaceful ambiance, and offer a warm hospitality.

We operates in 2 locations in Jakarta. The first guest house is in the South of Jakarta, Pancoran (Pengadegan) area, and our second guest house is in the Central of Jakarta, Menteng area. Looking the surrounding area in both residences, our locations are strategic, near to business district, supermarket, restaurants, and many places that can accommodate your day-to-day needs. Knowing that most of our guests are professionals, we always make our guest house to be their second home. We have 24 hours security guarding the residences, so whenever you come home at late hours our door is always open.

Short and Long term stay. We accommodate our guests' needs for the variations length of stay like monthly, weekly, and daily. That's why Shraya is suitable for business travelers, professionals, tourists, or even patients who come to Jakarta to seek medications.
