Each of our room is equipped with the following amenities: King Koil™ Single/Queen/King size bed and linens, built-in wardrobe, split air conditioning, flat screen HDTV, basic cable TV, desk drawer and chair, hot and cold shower, refrigerator, and wireless internet.

Deluxe Unit
More spacious that the Standard Unit, our Deluxe Unit includes a private balcony and can accommodate two guests.

One of our property’s unique facility is our spacious swimming pool. Located on the ground floor, our pool is perfect for the afternoon cool down after work or weekend relaxation.
Parking
We provide ample parking space for medium and small sized vehicles as well as motorcycles. Contact our office to request for parking space should you be staying with us with your vehicle.
Internet & Cable TV
Wifi internet and basic cable TV are included in all of our rooms for your convenience to keep up-to-date with world events, family members, business, school work or personal entertainment.
Housekeeping Services
We provide room cleaning services twice a week and includes daily laundry services (limited items and machine wash only). Contact our office to room cleaning schedule and included laundry arrangements.
Kitchen
Each floor has a shared kitchen and dining area. The kitchens are all equipped with a stove, microwave oven, toaster oven, refrigerator, water dispensers, and sink. We also provide cooking equipment and dining utensils for your convenience.
Note: Two Bedroom Suites includes an in-suite kitchenette.
Gated Property with 24-Hour Security Watch
Safety, along with privacy, of our guests are paramount. Our property is gated with a security guard. CCTVs have been placed in key areas throughout the property. Access to guest areas are controlled through advanced finger-print recognition so only our guests and their known visitors can enter the guest-only premise.
